The promotion commences on Monday 26th of May, 2025 at 12:00am AEST / 02:00am NZST, with final entries closing at 11.59pm AEST / 1:59am NZST on Sunday 31st of August, 2025 (Promotional Period).

Yes, this promotion is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents.

How old do I need to be to enter?

Entry is open to people aged 18 years or over.

How do I enter the draw?

To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
a. Purchase any Kinder product from any retailers in Australia or New Zealand; 
b. Visit kinder.com/buenowin;
c. Correctly input the requested details in the form;
d. Upload a copy of your Qualifying Purchase receipt; 
e. Check the boxes consenting to the promotional terms and conditions, and personal information being stored and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s privacy policy; and 
f. Submit the fully completed online entry form. 

What do I need to purchase to participate in this promotion?

To be eligible for the chance to win, individuals must purchase any participating Kinder Bueno product during the Promotional Period.

I made a Kinder purchase and cannot register?

Unfortunately, entries can only be made during the promotional period. If you are having issues during the promotional period, please contact us here.

How will I know if I am a winner?

Daily winners will be contacted within 2 working days of determination. Winners will be published (first initial, surname, postcode and country of residence) on the Website each Wednesday from 04/06/25 to 03/09/2025.

How do I claim a Prize?

To claim a prize, winners must reply to the winner’s confirmation email and advise if the postal address submitted is correct.

When do I need to claim my Prize by?

All prizes must be claimed by 1pm AEST (3pm NZST) on 30/09/2025. 

How will I receive my Prize and How long will it take to receive my prize?

Prizes will be dispatched across duration of promotional period. Winners will be notified by email regarding estimated delivery times and details. Delivery timeframes may vary.

Can I enter more than once?

Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: 
·Only one entry permitted per transaction, regardless of the number of participating Kinder Bueno products purchased in that transaction; 
·Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements;

Do I need to keep my receipt?

Winners must retain your promotional product receipt/s for all claims as proof of purchase.

Personal details – where do they go? Who sees them?

Personal details are stored & managed in accordance with our privacy policy here. If you are a prize winner, your name will be published on our website (as mentioned in the promotional terms and conditions).

When is the unclaimed prize draw held?

2:00pm AEST on 01/10/2025 at KollwitzOwen PTY LTD, Suite 251/10-20 Gwynne Street, Cremorne VIC 3121.

How do I know if I have won in the unclaimed prize draw?

In the case of a winner, prize winner/s will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the prize draw and their details published at kinder.com/win.
