I, hereby grant my consent to Ferrero India Pvt. Ltd., its officers, employees, agents, independent contractors, licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively referred to as the “Company”), as well as its authorized agencies 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Private Limited and Ogilvy Interactive SRL (collectively referred to as the “Agencies”), to collect, store, use and process my Personal Data for the purpose of The Kinder Schoko-Bons Crispy Cheer to Win Contest (“Contest”). 

As a participant, I understand that the Company and the Agencies will collect only my mobile number and my family photo/video that I submit for entering the Contest. However, if I am selected as a winner, I understand and agree that the Company and the Agencies will need some additional information from me to arrange and deliver my prize. This may include my residential address, government‑issued ID details, and information required for travel or flight bookings. I understand that all the information collected from me both the participant information and, if applicable, the additional winner information will collectively be referred to as “Personal Data”.

I also understand that my name, images, or videos may be used by the Company on its official Kinder India website and its social media handles in connection with the Contest.

I confirm that my Personal Data shall be processed by the Company for the Contest and the purposes mentioned below in accordance with applicable laws and the Company’s policies. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, I further waive all moral rights, rights of publicity or copyright and all claims to royalties arising from any intellectual property rights contained in my photographs or audio-visual content collected pursuant to the Contest or other compensation arising from or related to the use of my Personal Data and hereby forever release and discharge the Company from any claims that may arise regarding the use of the Personal Data, including any claims of invasion of privacy, since such processing has been undertaken by the Company based on my consent.

I understand that my Personal Data may be collected, used and processed by the Company or its authorised representatives for the following purposes:

(i) To register and confirm my participation in the Contest;

(ii) To ensure delivery of prizes of the Contest;

(iii) To use photographs and audio-visual recordings for social media communications relating to the Contest;

(iv) To analyze participation and engagement metrics for improving future contests and related activities; and

(v) To ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.

I understand that if I choose not to provide certain Personal Data, some aspects of the Contest may not be accessible to me or may be limited in their availability. In such cases, I may refrain from sharing my Personal Data, and I accept any resulting limitations on my participation.

I acknowledge that I can exercise the following rights vis-à-vis my Personal Data subject to applicable laws and the Company’s policies:

- The right to access details regarding the processing of my Personal Data by the Company;

- The right to have my Personal Data rectified, completed or updated;

- The right to request for erasure of my Personal Data;

- The right to withdraw consent to the processing of my Personal Data at any time;

- The right to grievance redressal in relation to any grievances pertaining to the processing of my Personal Data or exercise of rights; and

- The right to nominate any other individual who will, in the event of my death or incapacity, exercise the rights mentioned herein.

I also acknowledge that to exercise these rights and for any questions with respect to this Consent Form or how the Company handles my Personal Data, I can direct it to the Privacy Coordinator at Contact Us | Ferrero India.

I agree that this Consent Form including all its content is binding on me.
