SECTION A:

 

Promotion Title: Kinder Bueno Experience Voucher Promotion (“Promotion”)

Purchase Period: Promotion starts at 12:01 am on 1 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm on 31 October 2026

Redemption Period: Redemption period for the Reward opens 12:01 am on 1 October 2026 until 11:59 pm on 30 November 2026.

Coverage: Malaysia

Promotion Organizer: Ferrero Malaysia Sdn Bhd. (“Ferrero”)

Promotion Administrator: Xmpact International Pty Limited (ABN 29 687 817 563) of Tower 1, Level 2, 495 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood NSW 2067, Australia (“Administrator”).

 

  1. ELIGIBILITY

    Participant must meet all the following conditions of entry (“Participant”)

    1. This Promotion is open to all Malaysia citizens, Malaysian permanent residents or Malaysia residents (with valid student pass, employment pass, work permit, or long-term visit pass and with valid mailing address in Malaysia) aged 18 years old and above.
    2. All employees of Ferrero, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, alliance partners, advertising, promotions and third-party agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining this Promotion.

    3. Redemption must be made directly by the individual participating in the Promotion via their unique email address. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.

       

  2. REWARD DETAILS

    1. The RM 25 Experience Voucher is valid for eligible bookings with a value of RM 55 or higher.
    2. The Reward partner for the Experience Voucher is Metis Pay Pte. Ltd. (Registration No. 201704192E) (“Metis Pay”).

    3. The Voucher is valid for bookings made by 31 March 2027, for travel completed by 30 June 2027 (“Voucher Validity Period”).

       

    Ferrero is not associated or affiliated with the providers or suppliers of the Vouchers, or with the third-party website where the Vouchers may be used. Vouchers are subject to the respective merchants’ terms and conditions, including warranty claims (if any).

     

    Participants acknowledge that Vouchers and any associated redemption websites are provided by independent third-party providers. Ferrero is not responsible for, and does not make any representations regarding, such third-party services, nor warrant or guarantee their availability, quality, or performance. Participants access and use such services at their own discretion, and any rights or obligations in relation to such services shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party provider.

     

    This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by the providers or suppliers of the Vouchers.

     

  3. INFORMATION ON PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION AND GOVERNING LAW
    1. Qualifying Purchase: Purchase any eligible Kinder Bueno products worth at least RM 10 during the Purchase period. Eligible products are Kinder Bueno 43g, Kinder Bueno White 39g, Kinder Bueno 129g, Kinder Bueno White 117g, Kinder Bueno 430g, Kinder Bueno Mini 97.2g, Kinder Bueno Dark 43g, Kinder Bueno Dark 129g. Please check that “Ferrero Malaysia Sdn Bhd.” is indicated as the importer on product packaging to ensure eligibility for this promotion (“Eligible Products”)

SECTION B

 

  1. HOW TO REDEEM AND RULES OF ENTRY

    Step 1: Make a Qualifying Purchase as specified in Section A3 in a single receipt and retain the original receipt.

    • The Eligible Product(s) may not always be available for sale in all retailers during the Purchase Period. Ferrero accepts no responsibility for any Eligible Product(s) being unavailable at retailers during the Purchase Period.
    • In the event a receipt is not supplied, it is the Participant's responsibility to request one. One receipt is equal to one submission only regardless of the number of Qualifying Transaction(s) made in a single transaction. Multiple rewards cannot be claimed from a single receipt.
    • Each valid submission entitles participants to only one redemption. Participants may submit up to 2 times per calendar week (Monday to Sunday), as long as each entry meets the requirements of these terms and conditions.

    Step 2: To participate during the Redemption Period:

    • Scan the generic QR code located on the promotional materials at the retailers or visit the Promotion Website.
    • Enter your full name and email address

    Step 3: Upload a photograph of the receipt or proof of purchase. The receipt/proof of purchase needs to have the following printed clearly (“Validation Criteria”):

    • Quantity and description of the product(s) purchased;
    • The name of the store where the products are purchased;
    • Date of purchase (purchases made before or after the Purchase Period as specified in Section A will not be accepted);

    • The total spending on Kinder Bueno product(s).

       

    Participants must:

    • Agree to the Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy of the Promotion; and above the age of 18
    • Click the ‘Submit’ button.

     

    Participants who perform the steps outlined under Step 2 (“Redemption”) will see a message on screen acknowledging receipt of the submission.

     

    By submitting your entry, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy available on the Promotion Website.

     

    The Redemption will be verified within three (3) business days. If the Redemption is valid, a Voucher Code and instruction on how to use the Voucher will be sent to the email address registered (“Valid Redemption”). For further details on Voucher Usage instructions, see Section B5. If the Redemption is invalid, you will receive an email with the reason(s) for rejection (“Invalid Redemption”).

     

    1. Participants can make multiple submissions as long as each submission meets the requirements of these terms and conditions and subject to the following:
      1. Redemption is limited to two (2) submission per calendar week (Monday to Sunday) per Participant.
      2. Only one receipt per submission is permitted.
      3. Each receipt must be submitted separately and in accordance with redemption requirements of these Terms and Conditions; and
      4. The same receipt cannot be submitted more than once.
    2. Ferrero will not be responsible for any redemptions that are not submitted before 30 November 2026.
    3. Participants shall be responsible for any (if any) additional costs, duties, taxes and/or other incidental expenses which may be incurred as a result of and/or related to the participants’ redeeming and/or acceptance of the reward.
    4. Participants shall be responsible for all tax obligations for the receipt of rewards, including payment of any Withholding Tax of the reward value in cash, and inclusion of the reward worth and the tax in the participant's annual personal income tax declaration on the year the reward is received.
    5. Redemption is available online only, and therefore access to the internet is required to participate in this Promotion. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the Participant's sole responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used by the Participant.
    6. Ferrero and/or the Administrator reserve the right to determine the suitability of the entries at its sole and absolute discretion, and to disqualify any entries it determines to be incomplete, ineligible, or inappropriate for any reasons. If any participant is subsequently discovered to be ineligible to participate in the Promotion or to receive a Reward, Ferrero reserves the right to (i) forfeit or withdraw the Reward at any time; or (ii) (where such Reward has been redeemed) claw-back the Reward or require the relevant participant to repay to or compensate Ferrero the value of the Reward at any time. No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from Ferrero should the Reward be forfeited or withdrawn, if the Reward is reclaimed by Ferrero, or if a Participant is asked to repay to or compensate Ferrero the value of the Reward for whatsoever reasons.
    7. Ferrero and/or the Administrator are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, undeliverable email, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, telephone, telephone line or other telephone, electronic device or network related problems or errors, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Promotion. If, in the opinion of Ferrero, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of this Promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of this Promotion, Ferrero reserves the right to terminate this Promotion immediately and determine Valid Redemptions using all eligible entries received as of the date of termination or to modify this Promotion in a manner deemed appropriate by Ferrero.
    8. Ferrero and/or the Administrator reserve the right to disqualify entries submitted that the Participant may have:
      1. tampered with the redemption process (including but not limited to manipulating the system via bots, scripts, or any other means to circumvent the redemption process);
      2. engaged in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
      3. acted in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
      4. done anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of Ferrero or any of its related entities;
      5. submitted content that is otherwise offensive or inappropriate; or
      6. not conformed or adhered to the mechanics of this Promotion.

    9. Ferrero hereby expressly disclaims from making any warranty in respect of the functions, specifications, quality of the Reward and is in no way liable for any loss, damage, costs or expense of any nature (if any) arising thereof. All claims relating to the Reward (if any), including quality of the reward, shall be directed to the Reward Partner.

       

  2. HOW TO USE THE VOUCHER AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN USING THE VOUCHER
    1. For each Valid Redemption, Participants will receive an email containing a RM 25 Experience Voucher.
    2. Each Voucher entitled the holder to redeem RM 25 towards selected Hotel and Experience bookings on the third-party Voyagers website at https://voyagers.club/reward/my. The RM 25 Experience Voucher is valid for eligible bookings with a value of RM 55 or higher.
    3. The Voucher is valid for booking made by 31 March 2027, for travel completed by 30 June 2027.
    4. How to use the Voucher:
      1. Visit https://voyagers.club/reward/my
      2. Search for your preferred hotel destination and travel dates under the ‘Hotels’ section, or search for your preferred destination under the ‘Experiences’ section.
      3. Available options will be displayed at the applicable rates.
      4. Select your preferred hotel stay or experience and click ‘Book Now’.
      5. Please ensure you have read the applicable booking information and cancellation policy before proceeding.
      6. Fill in the guest details using the official name shown on your government-issued ID or passport, together with all required booking information.
      7. Enter your Voucher code in the ‘Coupons and Offers’ field and RM 25 will be deducted from the total booking amount.
      8. Agree to the T&Cs and click Book Now
      9. A booking confirmation email will then be sent to your nominated email address.
    5. The voucher is non-cumulative - only one voucher can be used per transaction/booking and it is for single use only.
    6. Standard taxes, service fees and credit card charges may apply when the voucher is redeemed.
    7. The Voucher is valid for selected hotels and experience booking only. Ferrero and/or the Administrator accept no responsibility if certain hotels, room types, tours or experience ae unavailable on the Voyagers website at the time of booking.
    8. Any cancellation or amendment request (where permitted) must be submitted in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions stated on the Voyagers website.
    9. Cancellation or amendment requests may not always be permitted, as certain suppliers/principals do not allow changes or cancellations. In such cases, full cancellation charges may apply. Full Terms and Conditions apply.
    10. Rewards are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash except at the option of Ferrero and/or the Administrator. They are not valid for use in conjunction with any other offers. The Reward must be taken as and when specified or will be forfeited with no replacement. If the Reward is unavailable, for whatever reason, Ferrero and/or the Administrator reserve the right to substitute the Reward with another reward of equal value in place of advertised rewards that are unavailable.

    11. It is the responsibility of the Participant to use their Voucher by the specified expiry date. The Vouchers are issued on the basis that they will not be extended or replaced.

       

  3. OTHER LEGAL TERMS AND CONSIDERATIONS
    1. By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to abide by and be bound by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with the said terms, conditions, rules, regulations, instructions or methods will result in a participant’s disqualification.
    2. All users shall hold Ferrero and/or the Administrator, its affiliates free and harmless from any liability in case an entry is found to have infringed upon any third party’s rights, including copyright, publication right, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right.
    3. In no event shall Ferrero and/or the Administrator, its affiliates be liable to the participants for any monetary amount greater than the value of the Reward to which the Participant is entitled under this Promotion.
    4. Ferrero and/or the Administrator, its affiliates shall not be liable to the participants in contract, tort or negligence or otherwise for any loss, damage, costs or expense of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by the participant and which is of indirect or inconsequential nature, including without limitation any economic loss or other loss. By participating in this Promotion and accepting the Rewards, the Participants waive any and all claims of liability against Ferrero and/or the Administrator, its affiliates, its employees and agents, for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the Reward or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the Reward, or which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Promotion, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from any reward-related activity. Rewards will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Ferrero. Ferrero does not guarantee any third party’s performance, nor does it guarantee any of the services or materials provided by any third party.
    5. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

    6. Ferrero reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion. Ferrero reserves the right to suspend, modify or cancel this Promotion at any time with no prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.

       

  4. PRIVACY POLICY

    By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree and consent to allow his/ her personal data being collected, processed and used by Ferrero and/or its affiliates, partners and promotion agencies for the purpose of this Promotion and in accordance with the applicable personal data protection laws and Ferrero’s Privacy Policy which may be viewed at https://www.kinder.com/my/en/privacy. Participants also confirm that all data provided is true and accurate to the best of his/ her knowledge.

     

    Ferrero and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners and promotion agencies will collect each participant’s personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including notifying and verifying successful participants. Personal information may be disclosed to authorized third parties in administration of this Promotion on behalf of Ferrero and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners and Promotion agencies.

     

    Any information and/or personal data which the participant will provide, or which is otherwise gathered in the context of this Promotion, will be used by Ferrero and/or its affiliates, partners and promotion agencies in compliance with the applicable legislation. This means, in particular, that any Personal Data processing carried out by Ferrero and/or its affiliates, partners and promotion agencies will respect the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, storage limitation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

  5. GOVERNING LAW

    This Promotion shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the country as specified in Section A3. However, it shall be the participant’s sole responsibility and obligation to ensure that he/she complies with and does not contravene any laws to which he/she may be personally subjected to.
