Long Form T&Cs  

  1. By entering this promotion (the “Promotion”), entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this Promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials. 

 

  1. This Promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 years old and over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the Promotion.  

 

  1. The Promotion will begin at 00:01 on 10 April 2026 and shall run until 23:59 on 09 June 2026 (inclusive) (“Promotion Period”) 

 

  1. How to claim: (1) Purchase a qualifying promotional Kinder Milk Slice 3-pack (“Qualifying Product”) during the Promotion Period; (2) visit www.trykindermilkslice.com and upload a copy of the valid receipt and complete the mandatory claim form as indicated with entrant’s name, email address and date of birth; (3) upload a copy of the receipt to the portal and complete the mandatory upload fields required (including price paid, receipt number, retailer, date of purchase and time of purchase).  

 

  1. Entrants may redact any purchases on the receipt, but the purchase of the Qualifying Product must be clear on the receipt including the details of the name of the Qualifying Product, price paid, receipt number, time of purchase, date of purchase, retailer name, and retailer location which must not be altered.  

 

  1. All claims must be made on the mandatory claim form at www.trykindermilkslice.com and must be submitted before the end of the Promotion Period. Any claims submitted after the Promotion Period are not valid and will not be processed.  

 

  1. It is the responsibility of all entrants to provide correct, up-to-date information when submitting their claim. The Promoter will be held responsible for entrants failing to supply accurate information which affects their claim.  

 

  1. Entrants will be notified via the email address provided if their claim is successful/unsuccessful within 14 days of claim submission. The Promoter reserves the right to ask for additional identification of an entrant if the Promoter reasonably believes the entrant is trying to claim more than 1 refund per household. A valid claim will entitle the entrant to a refund of the price paid for the Qualifying Product purchased. An entrant who has submitted an unsuccessful claim may be given the option to resubmit said claim on a one time only basis. Any such corrections/amendments must be submitted no more than 5 days from the date of the email stating the claim was not successful and providing the entrant the option to resubmit the claim with additional evidence.  

 

  1. If an entrant’s claim is accepted, the refund will be made via transfer to the entrant’s PayPal nominated account within 28 days of confirmation of the successful claim.  

 

  1. Proof of submission of the claim form will not be accepted as proof of delivery to the Promoter.
  2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. 
  3. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation in the Promotion.  

 

  1. The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence on any invalid claim.  

 

  1. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment. 

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all applications and to refuse to award claims where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s requirements, the spirit of the Promotion, any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s claim requirements claimed using fraudulent means. 

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.  

 

  1. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.  

 

  1. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.  

 

  1. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales with any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.  

 

  1. Entrants’ personal data is collected and processed by the Promoter, acting in this context as the data controller within the meaning of the applicable data protection laws. By participating in the Promotion, all entrants agree to the use of their personal data as described here: https://www.kinder.com/uk/en/privacy-policy.  An entrant’s personal data is processed for the following purposes: administration of the Promotion on the basis of their acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, where they have opted in to receive such communications, send  them newsletters and/or promotional offers, based on the entrant’s consent to receive emails from the Promoter. 

 

  1. As part of the administration of the Promotion, the Promoter may supply the entrant’s personal data to technical service providers such as (i) its third-party agency, VCG The PromoRisk People Limited solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion, and (ii) where applicable, logistics service providers to ensure the transportation and delivery of the winning prizes. An entrant’s personal data will be kept for the entire duration of participation and then, after the close of Promotion, for the time required to process any disputes and claims. As such an entrant’s personal data will be stored for three months after the close of the Promotion before deletion. In accordance with the applicable data protection law, an entrant can request access to their personal data, and insofar as applicable, request deletion of their personal data or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to milkslice@promotioncustomerservices.com
