Terms & Conditions

  1. By entering this promotion (the “Promotion”), entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this Promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.  

 

  1. This Promotion is only open to UK and ROI residents aged 18 years old and over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the draw.  

 

  1. The Promotion will begin at 00:01 on 15th June 2026 and shall run until 23:59 on 15th August 2026 inclusive (“Promotion Period”). 

 

  1. How to enter: Scan the QR code found on promotional packs of Kinder Surprise and Kinder Chocolate, and on in-store promotional displays or visit www.winwithkinder.com. Entrants will need to complete an online form with their details and upload a copy of their purchase receipt and complete the online form. 

 

  1. Only one prize to be won per person throughout the Promotion Period.  

 

  1. Purchase is necessary. Internet access required.  

 

  1. UK Prizes: There is a total of 596 prizes available to be won in the UK, which include:  

 

Tier 1 Prize: 

  • 1 x a family trip, based on 2 adults (over 18) and 2 children aged 2-12 years, to Dino Park World in Portugal (“UK Main Prize”), consisting of:

  1. ROI Prizes: There is a total of 23 prizes available to be won in the ROI which include: 

 

Tier 1 Prize:  

  • 1 x one-night stay at Jurassic New Park in Kilkenny for a family of four (“ROI Main Prize”)  

 

Tier 2 Prizes:  

  • 2 x Family day tickets to Emerald Park, Dublin (for 2 adults (over 18) and 2 children (age 2-12 years))

  1. Winner Selection for Tier 2 and Tier 3 prizes in UK and ROI: winners will be selected at random in weekly prize draws for Tier 2 and Tier 3 prizes. Winners will be sent a confirmation form via email within 7 days of the weekly prize draw end date (outlined below), via the email address provided upon entry to confirm their identity and eligibility to accept the Prize. The Entrant must complete this confirmation form within fourteen (14) days to accept their prize. Tier 2 winners will be contacted via phone or email to book in their prizes, within 2 weeks of submitting their confirmation form. Tier 3 prizes will be delivered within 28 days of submitting their confirmation form. The Promoter shall make reasonable efforts to establish contact but failure of the winner to comply with the timelines shall result in the Prize award being forfeited. In such instances, the Promoter shall not be liable in any circumstances to provide an alternative prize or compensation.  Failure to comply shall result in any Prize award being considered as null and shall be listed for re-allocation at the Mop-up Draw (as stated in clause 17). Each weekly prize draw entry period will run as follows:

     

    1. Weekly Prize draw 1: Entries received between 00.01 on 15/06/2026 to 23.59 on 21/06/2026. Prize draw will take place at 12:00 on 22/06/26.
    2. Weekly Prize draw 2: Entries received between 00.01 on 22/06/26 to 23.59 on 28/06/26. Prize draw will take place at 12:00 on 29/06/26.
    3. Weekly Prize draw 3: Entries received between 00.01 on 29/06/26 to 23.59 on 05/07/26. Prize draw will take place at 12:00 on 06/07/26.
    4. Weekly Prize draw 4: Entries received between 00.01 on 06/07/26 to 23.59 on 12/07/26. Prize draw will take place at 12:00 on 13/07/26.
    5. Weekly Prize draw 5: Entries received between 00.01 on 13/07/26 to 23.59 on 19/07/26. Prize draw will take place at 12:00 on 20/07/26.
    6. Weekly Prize draw 6: Entries received between 00.01 on 20/07/26 to 23.59 on 26/07/26. Prize draw will take place at 12:00 on 27/07/26.
    7. Weekly Prize draw 7: Entries received between 00.01 on 27/07/26 to 23.59 on 02/08/26. Prize draw will take place at 12:00 on 03/08/26.
    8. Weekly Prize draw 8: Entries received between 00.01 on 03/08/26 to 23.59 on 09/08/26. Prize draw will take place at 12:00 on 10/08/26.
    9. Weekly Prize draw 9: Entries received between 00.01 on 10/08/26 to 23.59 on 15/08/26. Prize draw will take place at 12:00 on 17/08/26. 

 

  1. Following the last day of the Promotion Period, all eligible entries shall be entered into a prize draw to select winners of the UK Main Prize and the ROI Main Prize (together the “Main Prizes”), at random. The winners of the Main Prizes shall be notified within twenty-eight (28) days after the last day of the Promotion Period via the email address provided upon entry to confirm their identity and eligibility to accept the Prize. The winners must respond to the Promoter’s confirmation email within fourteen (14) days. The Promoter shall make reasonable efforts to establish contact but failure to comply with the timelines shall result in the Main Prize award being forfeited and another winner shall be selected. In such instances, the Promoter shall not be liable in any circumstances to provide an alternative prize or compensation. For the avoidance of doubt, any entries received after the closing date of the Promotion shall not be eligible to be considered for the Main Prize.   

 

  1. The Dino-themed London Weekend Break Prize shall consist of the following (for 4x people based on 2 adults (over 18) and 2 children (aged 2-12 years)):
  • £200 Travel allowance
  • 2 night, 4* hotel stay sharing a standard family room
  • Daily breakfast on both days during your stay
  • Dinosaur themed afternoon tea at The Ampersand Hotel
  • Exclusive guided tour of the Natural History Museum

  1. The UK Mini Break Prize shall consist of the following (for 4 people, based on 2 adults (over 18) and 2 children aged 2-12 years):
  • 2-day family entrance tickets; and
  • An overnight stay at a nearby 3* plus hotel sharing a family room, including breakfast.

  1. The ROI Main Prize shall consist of the following (for 4x People, based on 2 adults (over 18) and 2 children aged 2-12 years):
  • One night sharing a superior double room which sleeps a family of four at Newpark Hotel Kilkenny
  • Dinner at the hotel
  • Breakfast the following morning
  • Entry to Jurassic New Park during stay for both days
  • Dinosaur themed activities at the hotel for primary school aged children. 

 

  1. The UK Main Prize winner and UK Mini Break Prize winners shall be asked to confirm their preferred arrangements upon acceptance of the Prize and whilst the Promoter will make every effort to accommodate the winner’s preference, final attendance remains subject to availability and may be subject to change. The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably offer alternative arrangements in the event of instances outside of its reasonable control.  

 

  1. Winners of prizes which include cash allowances, for example for travel or spending money, will be required to confirm their bank account details following Promoter’s request in order for the cash (as part of the Prize) to be awarded and such transfer will take place at least seven (7) days before the commencement date of the Prize.  

 

  1. All entrants and any subsequent winners acknowledge and agree that any acceptance and use of the Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers. Winners are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the relevant terms of use as supplied by the third parties which include but are not limited to:

  1. Mop Up Draw: a mop up draw will take place twelve (12) weeks after the last date of the Promotion Period, on 6th November 2026, (to reasonably facilitate any late entries due to promotional packs still being in market and to re-allocate unclaimed prizes from the Promotion Period).  At least, five (5) UK winners and five (5) ROI winners (with more being selected if additional, unclaimed prizes are available) shall be selected from all entrants who enter the competition during the Mop-Up Draw period (13.00 on 17th August 2026 to 23.59 on 5th November 2026). Winners shall be selected at random and shall each receive a Jaques of London Dig Kit.  Winners will be sent a confirmation form via email within 7 days of the mop-up prize draw date, via the email address provided upon entry to confirm their identity and eligibility to accept the Prize. The Entrant must complete this confirmation form within fourteen (14) days to accept their prize. Mop-up prizes will be delivered within 28 days of winners submitting their confirmation form. 

 

  1. Physical prizes will be sent to the winner's home address (as provided upon entry) within twenty-eight (28) days from the date upon which the winner confirms acceptance of the prize. Digital prizes will be sent to the winners within twenty-eight (28) days to the email address provided upon entry from the date upon which the winner confirms acceptance of the Prize.  

 

  1. Any decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. 

 

  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. 

 

  1. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize (including to any guests), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. 

 

  1. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation, this also includes the selling or transferring of Prizes to third parties. In the event for any reason any Prize winner does not take or accept an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by that winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the Prize. If for any reason a Prize as stated in this Promotion is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value. 

 

  1. The Promoter shall not be responsible for the fulfilment, quality, availability or any other issues arising out of using or enjoying the Prizes and any queries or complains relating to the use of the Prizes must be directed to the relevant third-party provider. 

 

  1. All intellectual property owned or enjoyed by the third-party providers of this Promotion remain the property of the respective third-party and this Promotion is not sponsored by, endorsed by or associated with the third parties. 

 

  1. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries. 

 

  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering this Promotion or accepting the Prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to any winner or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with this Promotion. 

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 

 

  1. If a winning entry from a draw is deemed not to comply with any of these conditions of entry, that entry will be discarded, and a new winner of a Prize will be randomly selected. 

 

  1. Any entries that the Promoter considers in its absolute discretion to be dangerous, vulgar, offensive, indecent, illegal, or fraudulent will be disqualified from this Promotion. 

 

  1. The Promoter is required to either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. As such, the Promoter’s agent will send, on behalf of the Promoter, the surname and county of major Prize winners to anyone that contacts the Promoter’s agent at Kinder Dinos Promotion, 7 Park Row, Leeds LS1 5HD, no later than twenty-eight (28) days after the end of this Promotion. 

 

  1. Subject to a winner’s consent, the Promoter may use name, image and town or county of residence information to announce the winner of this Promotion and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes. Winners further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter. 

 

  1. If any winner objects to any or all of their surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, they should contact the Promoter’s agent at the address provided above. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to competent authorities, including the Advertising Standard Authority, on request. 

 

  1. If the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the Promotion. 

 

  1. Verification of age, identity and address will be required before any Prize is awarded. 

 

  1. If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within. 

 

  1. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 

 

  1. By entering this Promotion, all entrants provide the Promoter and its agencies express consent to process their personal data for the purpose of conducting this Promotion only and in its accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy (as amended from time to time) which can be found at https://www.kinder.com/uk/en/privacy-policy. The Promoter may disclose winners’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion, fulfilling any Prize or communicating with entrants. 

 

  1. The Promoter is bound by the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Entrants can request access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting Ferrero UK at: data.privacyuk@ferrero.com.
