Winners will be contacted via the registered mobile number/email id within 4 daysfrom the date of the relevant weekly draw. Winners must respond and provide the requested verification documents within48 hours of such notification, failing which Ferrero reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner.
Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age, address, and any other documents reasonably required for verification and prize fulfilment.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stipulated timeline, or fails to complete the verification process, the prize may be forfeited in accordance with the Contest Terms & Conditions.

Congratulations! Once your details and documents have been successfully verified, we will endeavour to dispatch your prize within 7 days from the date of confirmation. Standard delivery timelines for India are estimated at up to 7 working days for metropolitan and major cities, and up to 14 working days for Tier 2, Tier 3 and rural locations. For Bangladesh, delivery timelines are estimated at 14 to 21 working days. Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect address information.
