Before participating in the Contest, please read the terms and conditions given below. By participating in the Contest, each Participant is deemed to have accepted the complete terms and conditions of this Contest.

1. The Kinder Schoko-Bons Crispy X Avengers Doomsday Contest

The Kinder Schoko-Bons Avengers Doomsday Contest (“Offer” / “Promotion” / “Promo” / “Contest”) is organized by Ferrero India Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizers” / “Company” / “Ferrero”) in association with 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Private Limited and Ogilvy Interactive SRL (“Agency/s”). To participate in the Offer, get a pack of Kinder Schoko Bons Crispy Promo Pack in India and Bangladesh only during the Promo Period as defined hereinafter.

The Contest is not available for consumers from Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry due to their local state laws.

2. Offer Period, Timing & Offer Packs

Offer will be open for participation in all states of India (except Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry) during the “Contest period” / “Promo Period”/ “Offer Period” i.e., from 13th October’26 00:01 hours to 31st January’27 24:00 hours (both days included), and from 1st November’26 00:01 hours to 31st January’27 24:00 hours (both days included) for Bangladesh till stocks last, only on ‘Kinder Schoko Bons Crispy x Cheer to win packs as listed below:
- Kinder Schoko-Bons Crispy, having MRP Rs. 50/- (Incl. of all taxes), Net Weight of 22.4 g and bearing the offer name “Kinder Schoko Bons Crispy x Avengers Doomsday”,
- Kinder Schoko Bons Crispy, having MRP Rs. 150/- (Incl. of all taxes), Net Weight of 67.2 g and bearing the offer name “Kinder Schoko Bons Crispy x Avengers Doomsday”,
- Kinder Schoko Bons Crispy, having MRP Rs. 229/- (Incl. of all taxes), Net Weight of 89.6 g and bearing the offer name “Kinder Schoko Bons Crispy x Avengers Doomsday”, (collectively referred to as the “Promo Packs”).
The Offer is applicable only on Promo Packs as stated above and not on any other pack. The Promo Packs are limited in quantity, and the Offer will be open only till stocks of Promo Packs last or end of the Offer Period, whichever is earlier. The Company does not provide any guarantee or warranty about the availability of Promo Packs in all the territories or during the entire Promo Period.
The Company reserves the right to change the Offer Period or Timing, in case of any contingency, at its sole and absolute discretion. Any revised timeline will be published on the official contest website

3. Eligibility Criteria

Individual consumers residing in India except Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry and Bangladesh.
Eligible Participants should be of age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.
Customers using the Promo Pack(s) for further sale, distribution, marketing or for trade or business purpose (collectively “Trade / Business Purpose”) shall not be eligible for participation in the Offer.
Companies, Partnership Firms, Proprietary Concerns, HUFs, Association of Persons, Trusts and other entities or organizations are not eligible for participating in the Offer and the Offer is open for individual human beings only.
The employees of Ferrero, its associate / group companies and their children and other family members, the employees of the agencies associated with Ferrero for the organization of the Offer, and their children and other family members are not eligible to participate in the Offer.
The consumer(s) participating in the Offer is / are referred to as Participant(s).

4. How to participate

The Participants are required to get Promo Packs during the Promo period, in India and Bangladesh.
Scan the QR code on the Promo Pack to be redirected to the Contest website.
On the Contest website, participate in the contest by choosing a door.
Complete the registration form by accurately providing the following mandatory details:
- Mobile Number for India and Email id for Bangladesh
- State (applicable for India)
The Participants are required to retain the empty Promo Pack used for participation and hand over the same to the Company/ Agency for claiming the Prize, if required.
The Company is not obliged to verify or correlate the identity of the Participant or winner with the identity of the purchaser and the Company shall not entertain any claims or disputes in this regard.
The Participants are required to keep their Promo packs secret and not to share the same with anyone else.

5. Voluntary and Free Participation

Promo is a voluntary initiative.
No fees, charges, costs, etc. required to be paid for participating in the Contest apart from purchase of Promo Pack.
It is not mandatory to participate in the Contest.
Promo Pack is available at the same price irrespective of the participation in the Contest.

6. Prize details

Eligible winners shall have the opportunity to receive Marvel-themed prizes through weekly prize draws conducted during the Contest Period.
Eligible winners shall receive one of the following Marvel-themed prizes: Thor Mjolnir, Captain America Shield, or Doctor Doom Mask. The specific prize to be awarded shall be determined on a weekly basis at the sole discretion of the Organizer. Such decision shall be final and binding, and no claims or disputes shall be entertained.
Prizes will be dispatched to the courier partner within 7 days following successful KYC validation and receipt of the winner's delivery details. Standard delivery timelines are estimated at up to 7 working days for metropolitan and major cities within India, and up to 14 working days for Tier 2, Tier 3 and rural locations. For Bangladesh, delivery timelines are estimated at 14 to 21 working days.
Winners in India will be notified via SMS and provided with a form link to submit the required KYC documents and delivery details. Winners in Bangladesh will be notified via email and provided with a Google Form link for the same purpose. Winners must submit the requested information within 24 hours of notification. A reminder will be sent if no response is received within the initial 24-hour period, providing an additional 24 hours for submission. Winners who fail to respond within 48 hours of the initial notification shall forfeit their prize entitlement.
These draws are conducted purely on luck basis and there is no skill needed to win the prizes.
Ferrero reserves the right to determine the specific prizes to be awarded, and the winner acknowledges that the classification and representation of prizes as Marvel-themed shall be final and binding. No claims or disputes in this regard will be entertained.
Ferrero will arrange for the dispatch of prizes to the address provided by the winner. If a prize cannot be delivered due to the winner's unavailability, incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, or any other reason beyond Ferrero's reasonable control, Ferrero shall not be obligated to attempt redelivery or provide a replacement prize.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other alternative benefit.
Ferrero reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability of the advertised prize.
The image of the prize depicted on the Promo Packs, advertisements, promotional material, etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize / look of the prize may vary from the depiction made.
Any prize shall be forfeited if a winner: (i) cannot be contacted despite reasonable attempts; (ii) fails to provide the required documents or verification information within the prescribed timeline; (iii) is found to be ineligible; (iv) breaches these Terms and Conditions; or (v) fails to accept delivery of the prize. Any unclaimed, forfeited, rejected or withdrawn prize may be cancelled, reallocated or otherwise dealt with by Ferrero at its sole discretion, without any obligation to the Participant.

7. Winner Notification & verification

Winner(s) will be selected based by Ferrero through a randomizer and will be decided on a weekly basis starting October 2026 for India and starting November 2026 for Bangladesh.
Winners in India will be contacted via the mobile number and winners from Bangladesh via email id provided during registration.
Ferrero or its Agency will make up to three (2) attempts to reach the winner within 2 days of the first contact attempt.
If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within this period, the prize will be forfeited, and Ferrero reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Winners must provide valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar, PAN card, or Driving License) and any other documents reasonably requested by Ferrero to verify identity and eligibility.
Ferrero reserves the right to disqualify any winner who fails to provide satisfactory verification or is found to have submitted false or misleading information.
Failure by a selected winner to respond within the prescribed timeline, provide the required documents, or complete the verification process may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, and Ferrero reserves the right to select an alternate winner or otherwise deal with such prize at its sole discretion.

8. Publicity

The Participant/s, winners, family member(s) of the winner undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit the Organizer and / or its execution agency to use the personal details of the participants for covering the Promo through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc. The Participants shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or content in this regard.
The Participant/s, winners, family member(s) of the winner shall, at the request of the Organizers and / its execution agency, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to using their name, image, video, etc. in promotional material.

9. Intellectual Property

All right, title and interest, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights, in the promotional material(s) and in any and all responses received shall vest solely and exclusively with Organizer at all times. The Organizer or any person or entity permitted by Organizer in this regard shall be entitled to use the responses received or any information in connection with the entry in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity and any other purpose, without any permission and / or payment to the Participant.
All material submitted in connection with the Promo (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of Participants are assigned to Organizer upon submission and become the property of Organizer exclusively. Organizer may use the material in any medium in any reasonable manner it sees fit. Copyright in any such material remains the sole property of Organizer.

10. Other terms and conditions

The decision of Ferrero or its Agency, as regards the selection of winners and distribution of the prizes shall be final, subject only to Ferrero's approval. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
The Organizer shall not entertain any grievances or queries regarding the Contest on or after 31st January, 2027. Complaints and queries by Winners who have not received their prize shall not be entertained more than 60 days after they receive an SMS or call from the Organizer or their appointed agency. Participants can raise their query on customercare.india@ferrero.com.
The Participant shall not use the Promo to post any defamatory, obscene, offensive response or response which may hurt the personal, religious, social, political or other sentiments or feelings of anyone in any manner whatsoever. The participant shall be solely responsible and liable for such response. The Company shall have the right to exclude such responses from the Promo.
The participant shall not use the Promo to harm the reputation of the Company or its associate companies or any of its products including any Kinder brands.
Organizers reserve the right to disqualify the participant for ground of misconduct / criminal record / infringement of these terms and conditions, before or after participation / gratification.
Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered, by Facebook or any other social media.
By taking part and/or entering into the Promo the Participant warrants that all information provided by Participant regarding Participant’s name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete.
By participating you hereby release and hold harmless Organizers and its employees and directors from any and all liability associated with the participation.
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Promo if circumstances so require.
The Organizer and or its execution agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, government / statutory action and other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.
The Organizer and the execution agency appointed by it shall not be responsible or liable for any technical or other problems caused by any reason(s) beyond their control or due to force majeure events like strike, lock out, natural calamities, terrorist activities, etc.
The Participants irrevocably agree that Organizer and / or the execution agency appointed by it are authorized to contact the Participant(s) in connection with the Offer even if the Participant(s) is / are registered under National Do Not Call (NDNC) or DND (Do Not Disturb) or any other facility.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject thereto, Ferrero, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost, expense or claim arising out of or in connection with participation in the Contest or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ferrero's aggregate liability arising in connection with the Contest shall not exceed the retail value of the relevant prize won by the Participant. The Promo is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws, rules and regulations. These Terms and Conditions and the participation in the Promo shall be governed by Indian law and the court at Pune, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any matter in this regard.
Participation by residents of Bangladesh shall be subject to all applicable local laws and regulations. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation in the Contest is lawful under the laws applicable to them. Ferrero reserves the right to refuse, restrict or cancel participation where required to comply with applicable laws or regulatory requirements.
Ferrero reserves the right to verify the identity, eligibility and authenticity of any Participant, entry, promotional pack, mobile number, transaction and supporting documentation at any stage of the Contest. Ferrero may withhold, suspend, withdraw or refuse any prize pending completion of such verification. In the event of any discrepancy, suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, misrepresentation, technical irregularity or breach of these Terms and Conditions, Ferrero shall have the right to disqualify the Participant and cancel any prize without liability.
In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
