We carefully select the cocoa beans for our chocolate treats. Over the years, we have become experts at combining and roasting our cocoa beans to enhance the aroma and taste of our recipes.
We source our cocoa beans from West Africa (Ivory Coast, Ghana, and Nigeria) as well as from Ecuador and Colombia.

of our cocoa is sourced through independently managed sustainability certifications and standards such as Rainforest Alliance, Cocoa Horizons and Fairtrade.
The beans we use undergo rigorous physical and chemical quality controls as soon as they reach our factories.
We then roast them ourselves in our factories, to constantly monitor their fragrance, quality and freshness, before grinding them to prepare the cocoa powder, cocoa paste and cocoa butter that we use in our recipes.
