Our cocoa is certified through independently managed standards.
We carefully select the cocoa beans for our chocolate and cocoa containing treats and through the years we have become experts at combining and roasting them to enhance their aroma and taste of our recipes.

We source our cocoa beans from West Africa (Ivory Coast, Ghana and Nigeria) as well from Ecuador and Colombia.

of our cocoa is sourced through sustainability certifications and independently managed standards such as Rainforest Alliance, Cocoa Horizons and Fairtrade.

The beans we use undergo rigorous physical and chemical quality controls as soon as they reach our factories.

We then roast them ourselves in our factories, to constantly monitor their fragrance, quality and freshness, before grinding them to prepare the cocoa powder, cocoa paste and cocoa butter that we use in our recipes.
