NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING
1. ELIGIBILITY: Kinder Joy® Find The Golden Bunny Toy Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and have a valid email account as of the date of entry ("Eligible Entrants"). Employees of Ferrero U.S.A., Inc. ("Sponsor"), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, its promotion, advertising and internet agencies, including Administrator as defined below, prize suppliers, (and their respective employees, directors, officers and agents) (collectively, the "Released Parties"), and each member of their immediate family (spouse, parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sponsor’s computer server shall be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.
2. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes shall begin at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on February 1, 2026 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 12, 2026 (The "Promotional Period”).
Two ways to enter:
1. With entry code: During the Promotional Period**, purchase a specially marked Kinder Joy product (“Specially Marked Product”). SOME – BUT NOT ALL -- SPECIALLY MARKED PRODUCTS WILL CONTAIN A GOLDEN BUNNY TOY AND ENTRY CODE. THE ODDS OF A GIVEN SPECIALLY MARKED PRODUCT CONTAINING A GOLDEN BUNNY TOY ARE 1:259.5. Even if you purchase a Specially Marked Product with a Golden Bunny Toy (and entry code), you may NOT win the Grand Prize in the Sweepstakes.
**Any Specially Marked Product containing a Golden Bunny Toy and entry code that is purchased AFTER the Promotional Period will have its entry code automatically voided. Additionally, if an ineligible person (as defined in Rule 1 above) purchases a Specially Marked Product containing a Golden Bunny Toy and entry code, the entry code is also automatically voided.
To enter the Promotion you must visit www.kindersweeps.com and enter the entry code† (exactly as it appears) as well as completing all required information on the online entry form (including name, email address and complete mailing address [which will be used only to award the Grand Prize if determined to be the winner]). All Eligible Entries via this method must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 4/12/26.
†Entry code may only be used in accordance with these Official Rules; any use of entry code other than as set forth herein is void and any corresponding entry made will be disqualified. Without limitation, entry code is not transferable to another via purchase, sale, auction, barter or otherwise: entry code is intended for use solely by the person who purchased the Specially Marked Product which contained a Golden Bunny Toy with the entry code. Entry code does not have any value and is not redeemable/exchangeable for cash or credit. If entry code is in any way defective (as determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor/Administrator), the sole responsibility of Sponsor and Administrator is provision of one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes provided sufficient time remains in the Promotional Period; and, if sufficient time does not remain in the Promotional Period, Sponsor and Administrator shall not have any liability under any legal theory in conjunction with a defective code.
2. Enter without entry code: You may enter the Promotion without entry code by visiting www.kindersweeps.com/amoe and following the on-screen instructions to enter the Sweepstakes) by submitting all requested information (including name, email address and complete mailing address [which will be used only to award the Grand Prize if determined to be the winner]. The URL may be subject to change throughout the course of the Promotional Period. All Eligible Entries via this method must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 4/12/26.
Limit two (2) entries per entry code per person during Promotional Period; limit two (2) entries without entry code per e-mail address during Promotional Period. Any violation of this entry limit, any use of automated/programmed methods of entry or third party services to effect entry as well as obtaining entry code other than via authorized, legitimate channels (i.e., by purchase of Specially Marked Product) will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes and may be subject to other legal sanctions. Entrants can enter via desktop computer or compatible mobile device. Standard data rates may apply if entering via mobile device, check with your mobile data carrier. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for late, lost, garbled/undecipherable, inaccessible, blocked, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect or invalid entry codes or entries, which are void and will be disqualified.
3. WINNER SELECTION: There will be one (1) Grand Prize, with the winner selected in a random drawing comprised of all completed online entries. The random drawing will be conducted on or about April 14, 2026 by the Administrator, whose decisions are final on all matters relating thereto. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified via email following the conduct of the random drawing and must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) within three (3) business days of notification. Failure to do so, if potential Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted by Administrator for any reason or if Sponsor/Administrator determine that potential Grand Prize winner is ineligible or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, will result in forfeiture of Grand Prize without compensation of any kind and an alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected from among all remaining Eligible Entries received for the random drawing. Sponsor further reserves the right to condition award of the Grand Prize upon the results of a background check on potential Grand Prize winner, with the understanding that (a) potential winner must fully cooperate with Sponsor and its designated representatives in conjunction with the completion of such background check, including by providing all requested consents, information and materials; (b) Sponsor will not have any liability to potential winner under any legal theory if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion based on the results of the background check that it is inappropriate to award the Grand Prize to potential winner (e.g., potential winner has committed a crime, engaged in an act of moral turpitude or engaged in any conduct which otherwise may adversely affect the business reputation and goodwill of Ferrero U.S.A., Inc. or its Kinder® brand of chocolate products); (c) Sponsor’s decision as to the background check is final and binding and not subject to appeal; and (d) Sponsor has no duty or obligation to provide an explanation as to why it chose to withhold the Grand Prize from potential winner if he/she is disqualified based on the results of the background check, with potential winner expressly acknowledging that the results of the background check are proprietary to Sponsor and confidential.
5. GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded. Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a five (5) day, four (4) night trip for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests to Orlando Florida to include four (4) day theme park tickets.
Package will include round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest(s) from major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor’s sole discretion) to Orlando Florida, four (4) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (two rooms, double occupancy, room and tax only) at Hotel of Sponsor’s sole choosing; non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando; and a 4-day theme park admission. Grand Prize also includes a check (provided by Sponsor) in the amount of threeThousand Dollars ($3,000 USD) which the Grand Prize winner may use to defray unspecified expenses in conjunction with acceptance and use of prize.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is ($17,000 USD).
Trip must occur from February 1, 2027 – December 31, 2027 or Grand Prize will be forfeited. Travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blockout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Travel dates are subject to Sponsor approval in their sole discretion. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. If Grand Prize Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the Prize with fewer than the allotted number of Guests or no Guests, the Prize will be awarded to Grand Prize Winner in appropriate increments for him/herself and each participating Guest (if any) and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and no further or alternative compensation will be awarded. If Grand Prize Winner lives within reasonable driving distance of Orlando Florida (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion), Sponsor will replace air travel with ground transportation between winner’s residence and Orlando (or, a stipend in an amount of Sponsor’s sole choosing to be used for ground transporation.) All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. Guests must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the Grand Prize Winner. Each Guest of Grand Prize Winner (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) is subject to a potential background check and must sign and return a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) prior to travel. If Guest is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian must be either the Grand Prize Winner or another Guest of Grand Prize Winner. ARV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, baggage fees, and security charges. Grand Prize Winner and Guests are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (i.e. valid photo identification) prior to travel. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Theme park admission is subject to terms and conditions of theme park operator, which may include prohibition on re-sale or other use of theme park admissions by persons other than winner and guests; code of acceptable conduct for theme park attendees; venue restrictions such as items that are prohibited in a given theme park (e.g., weapons), security screening, bag check policy, and restriction/prohibition on re-entry to theme park(s); theme park operator policy if theme park(s) cannot operate as intended due to natural cataclysm, civil commotion, riot, strike, protest, governmental action, terrorist act (or threat of same) or other force majeure event.
All parts of the prize are subject to availability and blockout dates, and subject to change without written notice or warning. Should any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of a party, whether or not existing, known, foreseen or foreseeable at the time this Promotion occurs, render the redemption or fulfilment of some or all of the prize delayed, hindered, adversely affected, impracticable, or impossible, and Sponsor in their sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to evaluate and make modifications to the redemption and fulfillment processes and timelines for the prize, which may include but are not limited to providing additional time for redemption and/ or fulfillment, or offering experiences and items of an equivalent or greater value.
Grand Prize will be terminated without liability to Released Parties if Sponsor determine in the sole discretion that Grand Prize Winner and/or Guest(s) are acting in an inappropriate, anti-social or otherwise unacceptable manner in conjunction with Grand Prize trip. If the violation is particularly egregious or blatant, Grand Prize may be terminated without warning or prior notice of any kind. In all cases, termination of Grand Prize will not represent the sole remedy available to Released Parties.
6. ADDITIONAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prize is awarded "as is" and any and all warranties and/or guarantees (if any) shall be subject to the manufacturers'/suppliers’ terms (to the extent applicable); therefore, Winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer(s)/supplier(s) for any such warranty(s) and/or guarantee(s), if any. Any prize depiction is for illustrative purposes only. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost or stolen Prize, or any part thereof, or any issues arising out of or in connection with Winner's use of Prize, or any part thereof. Prize consists of only the items specifically listed as part of the Prize. No prize transfer or cash redemption are permitted. No prize substitution, in whole or in part, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute the prize (in whole or in part) with another prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Except with Sponsor's written consent (which may be granted or withheld by Sponsor without liability of any kind), prize must be accepted as awarded. As applicable, any stated difference between the approximate retail value and actual value of prize (or any component thereof) or any substituted prize (or any component thereof) will not be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for any costs and expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, all federal, state, or local taxes on the prize and any additional costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize that are not described herein as being awarded. Grand Prize Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 Tax Form reflecting the value of the Grand Prize; Grand Prize Winner agrees to fully cooperate with Sponsor and its representatives (including Administrator) with regard to Sponsor’s fulfillment of its obligation to report award of prize to winner including by providing his/her Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number upon request. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. As applicable, Sponsor reserves the right to ship various prize components separately.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or the Released Parties resulting from Entrant's participation in or attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes, or ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection with the Sweepstakes). No responsibility or liability is assumed by Sponsor or the Released Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Promotion: (a) hardware or software errors; (b) faulty computer, cable, satellite, network, cellular, electronic, Internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems; (c) errors or limitations of any Internet or wireless service providers, servers, hosts or other providers; (d) garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; (e) failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; (f) lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; (g) inaccessibility of the Website in whole or in part for any reason; (h) traffic congestion on the Internet or the Website; (i) unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Promotion, including without limitation, unauthorized activity of any kind, tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; (j) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, delay in operation, transmission, distribution of, alteration of, entry procedure, whether caused by the Entrant, or otherwise; (k) any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion, or otherwise (including Specially Marked Products or entry codes); or (l) destruction of any aspect of the Promotion, or loss, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an email account used in connection with the Promotion. The Released Parties are not responsible for any printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion, the uploading, the processing of Entries/entry codes, the announcement of the prize or any Promotion-related materials. Use of Website is at user’s own risk. The Released Parties are not responsible for any personal injury, death or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to Entrant’s, or any other person's computer, mobile device resulting from participation in the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for any human error that may occur in the processing of the Sweepstakes.
8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/GENERAL RULES: By entering, each Entrant agrees (a) that Sponsor and its designees shall have the right and permission to use in any manner (unless prohibited by law) Entrant's name, voice, city and state of residence, and photographs and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or promotion and/or any other purpose now or hereafter known anywhere in the world in perpetuity without compensation, permission or notification to Entrant, or any third parties, except where prohibited by law; (b) to release the Released Parties from any and all liability and to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to Entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to Entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of (i) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize; (ii) participation in or administration of this Sweepstakes; (iii) the exploitation of any of the rights granted herein; and (iv) any element of this Sweepstakes; (c) to assume all liability for any injury or damage related to (a) (i)-(iv); (d) to be bound by the Official Rules and the Administrator's decisions which are final; (e) to waive all rights to claim or collect punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages; (f) that all causes of action relating to this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (g) that any and all claims, judgments, or awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred (if any), excluding attorneys' fees; and (h) that New York law shall apply exclusively to the Sweepstakes and that any dispute with respect to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved in either the federal or state courts located in the County of New York, State of New York, regardless of conflict of law/choice of law provisions of New York or any other jurisdiction.
Released Parties are not responsible for (1) lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connections, miscommunications, computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether computer, software, hardware, network, technical, human, mechanical, electronic, seeding{??} or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entry codes, entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials, or for any damage to Entrant's or other person's hardware or software (or mobile device) as a result of participation; (2) failed, incomplete, undeliverable, garbled, delayed, late, lost, misdirected, stolen, or any combination thereof, entry codes, entries or prize notification; (3) damage to Entrant's or any person's computer, mobile device or the contents thereof; (4) any condition caused by events that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; or (5) any inability of the winner to accept the prize. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes (including but not limited to any attempt to defraud Sponsor or Administrator in conjunction with the implementation of the Sweepstakes) or whose conduct potentially compromised the Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules as solely determined by the Administrator will be disqualified and all associated Sweepstakes entries/entry codes will be void and they will be compelled to return the value of the prize if it has been awarded to them. However, the return of the value of the prize shall not in any way represent the sole remedy available to Sponsor under such circumstances. Every submission must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the Entrant and repetitive, automated electronic submission of entry codes or entries is specifically disallowed. Use of automated entry software or programs is prohibited and entry through any such means is void.
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or errors, viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or any or other similar causes or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs or compromises the administration, security, integrity or fairness of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and limit entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to otherwise proceed (including making the prize available) in such a manner as may be deemed fair, equitable and consistent with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The preceding includes but is not limited to any programming, printing or other error/failure/malfunction affecting the production or distribution of Specially Marked Products and entry codes. In the event the Sweepstakes is cancelled or terminated, notice will be posted online at www.kindersweeps.com. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Entry information becomes property of Sponsor.
In the event a dispute arises regarding the specific individual entitled to receive the prize, the entry will be deemed made by the "authorized email account holder" of the email address submitted on the online entry. "Authorized email account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entrant may be requested to provide Sponsor/Administrator with proof that the Entrant is the authorized email account holder of the email address in question. Any damage made to any Sweepstakes-related website by an Entrant will be the responsibility of the authorized email account holder of the email address submitted on the online entrythat is associated with the damage in question. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor/Administrator. Sponsor/ Administrator reserve the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. If an Entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted as set forth above and/or if Sponsor and/or Administrator suspects that an Entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, user IDs, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the Entrant will be declared null and void. Again, voiding of entries shall not in any way represent the sole remedy available to Sponsor under such circumstances. Sponsor’s/Administrator’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.
NOTICE TO ENTRANTS: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR IN ANY RESPECT IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AS WELL AS DISQUALIFYING SUCH INDIVIDUAL FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES (IF APPLICABLE).
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY PROMOTION RELATED WEBSITE AND/OR DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY WEBSITES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00). WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND THE PRIZE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND FROM SPONSOR, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
10. USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Entrants online, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Please review Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.kinder.com/us/en/privacy-policy By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
11. REQUEST FOR WINNER’S NAME: For the name of the winner (available after April 22, 2026), send a self-addressed stamped (#10) envelope to: The Kinder Joy® Find the Golden Bunny Toy Sweepstakes Winner, c/o Berlin Productions 870 Locke Ln, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598. Winner’s name will be sent after the prize has been awarded. Requests received after May 31, 2026 will not be honored.
