THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES & PUERTO RICO ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AND NOT LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES OR PUERTO RICO AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. INTERNET ACCESS AND A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS REQUIRED. STANDARD DATA AND MESSAGING RATES MAY APPLY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES VIA A MOBILE DEVICE. BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD/ENTRY PERIODS: The “Kinder Bueno Game Day” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 12/28/25 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time ET on 3/31/26 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). During the Sweepstakes Period, there will be thirteen (13) weekly Grand Prize drawings (each a “Weekly Drawing”) with a corresponding weekly entry deadline (each a “Weekly Entry Deadline”). Administrator (as defined below) may conduct additional Secondary Prize Bonus Drawings on select days between 1/10/26 and 2/11/26 (as defined and described in Section 5 below).

For the purposes of the Weekly Entry Deadline, the deadline on each day is 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time. The Administrator’s server is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to individual, legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older and the age of majority in their state or territory of residence as of date of Sweepstakes entry [whichever is higher] (“Eligible Person”). Employees of Ferrero U.S.A., Inc., 7 Sylvan Way, 4 ^th Floor, Parsippany, NJ 07054, Ferrero Inc., Metro Office park Lote 3 Calle 1, Suite 501, Guaynabo PR 00968-1707 (“Sponsor”), Berlin Productions Inc., 870 Locke Lane, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598 (“Administrator”) and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, prize providers, distributors and advertising, promotion and judging agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win prize(s) in this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes as set forth below, each of which requires access to the Internet.

Via Quick Response (“QR”) Code on in-store displays and on specially-marked Kinder Bueno packages: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit a participating retailer, locate the Sweepstakes signage and specially-marked Kinder Bueno packages containing a QR code* in participating retailers. Scan the QR code with your web-enabled mobile device (“Device”) to be directed to the Website (defined below). Then, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form on the Website to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (an “Entry”). Entrant may be required to grant permission for camera use prior to being directed to the Website.

*A description and list of specially-marked Kinder Bueno packages eligible for this Sweepstakes is available in Exhibit A (attached hereto).

Via Website: During the Sweepstakes Period go to www.KinderBuenoGameDaySweeps.com (“Website”). Then, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form on the Website to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (also an “Entry”).

To enter, an Eligible Person must have a valid, verifiable email address and/or physical mailing shipping address (no P.O. Boxes). LIMIT: One (1) Entry per day per Eligible Person regardless of entry method. A day is defined as the 24 hour time period between 12:00 AM and 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time.

4. RANDOM DRAWINGS (GRAND PRIZE): On or around the Weekly Drawing dates, Administrator will randomly select one (1) Eligible Person from among all Eligible Persons who submitted Entries (each an “Entrant”) at any time during the Sweepstakes Period until the Weekly Entry Deadline corresponding to the Weekly Drawing. The Entrant selected is a potential winner of the Grand Prize associated with that Weekly Entry Period. The odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received by the Weekly Entry Deadline corresponding to that Weekly Drawing. Sponsor or Administrator will draw an additional five (5) potential alternates during each Weekly Drawing. LIMIT: One (1) Grand Prize per Eligible Person or household address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. All non-winning eligible entries will carry forward into subsequent Weekly Drawings (if any).

5. BONUS DRAWINGS (“SECONDARY PRIZE”): THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT ANY BONUS DRAWINGS (AND THEREFORE ANY SECONDARY PRIZES) WILL BE AWARDED. Administrator may conduct additional Secondary Prize drawings (“Bonus Drawings”) as described herein. Whether Bonus Drawing(s) will be offered depends on whether (or not) a successful field goal is converted during any official post-season U.S. professional football game(s) played on a given day as per the chart below (“Potential Bonus Drawing Game Day(s)”) including the professional championship football game in Santa Clara, California (a “Field Goal Event”). The occurrence of a Field Goal Event will be determined based on the official results of post-season U.S. professional football games as sanctioned by the governing body of the U.S. professional football league. Upon the occurrence of a Field Goal Event in post-season U.S. professional football game(s) occurring on a Potential Bonus Drawing Game Day, Administrator will conduct a Bonus Drawing to select one hundred (100) potential winners of Secondary Prizes with the specific type of Secondary Prize potentially won also being determined at random. The number of Secondary Prizes offered on a given Potential Bonus Drawing Game Day depends on the number of Field Goal Events on that Potential Bonus Drawing Game Day as per the chart below with there being a maximum of five (5) Secondary Prize Bonus Drawings per post-season U.S. professional football game. For clarity, even if there are more than five (5) Field Goal Events per post-season U.S. professional football game on a given Potential Bonus Drawing Game Day, no more than five hundred (500) Secondary Prizes will be offered for that post-season U.S. professional football game. If applicable, Bonus Drawing for a given Potential Bonus Drawing Game Day will be conducted on the Bonus Drawing Date as set forth below. Any Entrant who has entered the Sweepstakes at any time by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the day immediately preceding a Potential Bonus Drawing Game Day will be entered in the corresponding Bonus Drawing, if any, so long as they have not otherwise won a Secondary Prize in a Bonus Drawing, as per the chart below. All non-winning eligible entries will carry forward to subsequent Bonus Drawing(s), if any.

The dates for the Potential Bonus Drawing Game Day may change due to events outside of the control of Sponsor including without limitation scheduling adjustments made by the governing body of the U.S. professional football league. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to modify the Potential Bonus Drawing Game Day(s) and corresponding Bonus Drawing Date(s). In such event, any Entrant who entered by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the day immediately preceding the affected Potential Bonus Drawing Game Day, shall be included in the corresponding Bonus Drawing. To the extent feasible, notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on the Website.

On a given Bonus Drawing Date, Administrator will randomly select Entrants from among all Eligible Entrants who entered by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the day immediately preceding the corresponding Potential Bonus Drawing Game Day, based on limits stated in table above; provided that the Bonus Drawing will not occur unless at least one Field Goal Event occurred on the corresponding Potential Bonus Drawing Game Day. The Entrants selected are potential winners of the Secondary Prizes, with the specific Secondary Prize won being determined at random. Administrator will conduct up to one (1) Bonus Drawing per Potential Bonus Drawing Game Day, with the number of Secondary Prizes available in such Bonus Drawing depending on the number of Field Goal Events occurring on that Potential Bonus Drawing Game Day, if any. Assuming that there is at least one (1) Field Goal Event on a corresponding Potential Bonus Drawing Game Day, the odds of winning a Secondary Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received for the corresponding Bonus Drawing. See chart in Section 7 for odds of winning a specific type of Secondary Prize. LIMIT: One (1) Secondary Prize per Eligible Person.

6. NOTIFICATION AND VALIDATION: Potential prize winners (whether of a Grand Prize or a Secondary Prize) will be notified via the email used to enter the Sweepstakes by a representative of Sponsor. Potential prize winners may be required to verify their email and/or mailing address within 72 hours of receipt of notification. If a potential prize winner does not respond by the date listed in the notification, is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines the prize, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then that potential prize winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and, at Sponsor’s discretion, Sponsor may award the unclaimed prize to an alternate potential winner .

In no event will the Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated maximum number of prizes, taking into account whether at least one (1) Field Goal Event occurs on a corresponding Potential Bonus Drawing Game Day resulting in the conduct of a Bonus Drawing for that Bonus Drawing Game Day. Return of any prize as undeliverable will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize. Potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor and/or Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding. Sponsor and/or Administrator are not responsible for any change of or any incorrect or invalid email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of Entrants. Sponsor and/or Administrator are not responsible for any prize shipment that is damaged, lost, stolen, delayed, or otherwise impacted in transit or upon delivery.

Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to sign and return a Declaration/Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and will be required to complete any applicable tax forms, and except where prohibited, Publicity Release (“Declaration”) within 72 hours of notification. If potential Grand Prize winner fails to return the completed Declaration within 72 hours of notification attempt, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, or if potential Grand Prize winner is deemed ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, then potential Grand Prize winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and, at Sponsor’s discretion, Sponsor may award the unclaimed prize to an alternate potential winner .

7. PRIZES:

THIRTEEN (13) GRAND PRIZES (ONE [1] GRAND PRIZE PER WEEKLY DRAWING): $25,000.00. Prize will be awarded in the form of a check payable in the name of the winner or by wire transfer, method selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner may be required to provide valid routing and bank account number for their FDIC insured banking institution which must be approved by Sponsor prior to awarding of any prize.

UP TO SIX THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED (6,500) SECONDARY PRIZES: Secondary Prizes consist of any of the following items (selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion and only available while those prizes last):

Total Value of All Grand Prizes: $325,000.

Total Maximum Announced Secondary Prize ARV: $194,350.

Total Maximum Announced Prize ARV of all Prizes: $519,350.

Any unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and no substitution or cash redemption is allowed unless otherwise stated herein. Sponsor shall determine at random which Secondary Prize will be awarded for each Bonus Drawing; winner will not have the option to choose a Secondary Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternate prize of equal or greater value if a particular Secondary Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The ARV of any Secondary Prize listed above is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the prize is awarded. If the actual purchase price of a prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference. A complete mailing address may be required for prize shipment. Mailing address must be a physical address (no P.O. Boxes). Winners are responsible for all state, federal, and local taxes and fees, including but not limited to bank fees relating to the acceptance and/or use of prize(s) awarded, if applicable.Allow 6-8 for prize shipment within the contiguous United States following winner verification; 12-14 weeks for shipment within Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Secondary Prizes are awarded “as is” and any and all warranties and/or guarantees (if any) shall be subject to the manufacturers’/suppliers’ terms; therefore, winners agree to look solely to such manufacturer(s)/supplier(s) for any such warranty(s) and/or guarantee(s), if any. Actual Secondary Prizes awarded may vary from those that are depicted in advertising materials with Sponsor and Administrator disclaiming any and all liability in conjunction therewith. Any Secondary Prize depiction is for illustrative purposes only. A given Secondary Prize may be subject to availability as to size and color. Where not specified, Sponsor shall determine all features and properties of Secondary Prizes. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost or stolen prizes, or any part thereof (the preceding expressly includes any payment of Grand Prize via wire transfer), or any issues arising out of or in connection with winner's use of a prize, or any part thereof. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Should an entrant win both a Grand and Secondary Prize, the prizes will be awarded separately. RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PRIZE(S) OR ANY ACTIVITY RELATED TO THE PRIZE(S) OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF WINNER’S ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE(S).

Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes or to accommodate a change in the U.S. professional football post-season schedule without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.

8. GENERAL RULES: The decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Automated submissions are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. An individual participant may not enter using multiple/hidden/randomly assigned email address or multiple mailing addresses or phone numbers, nor use any other device or artifice to register beyond the entry limitation set forth in these Official Rules. Any individual participant who attempts to register with multiple email addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to register multiple times in attempt to gain additional Sweepstakes Entries beyond the limit as stated in these Official Rules, will be disqualified and all of that participant’s Entries will be void, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Multiple individuals are not permitted to share or enter using the same email address or enter by proxy on behalf of another individual. Incomplete, corrupted, mis-transcribed, or untimely Entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entrant information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, illegible, invalid, misdirected Entries/winner notification documents; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections which may limit participation; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer/phone equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of Entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt or proof of entry by Sponsor or Administrator. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Sweepstakes Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the participant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and in the event of cancellation, all verified, claimed prizes will be awarded prior to cancellation and the remaining prizes may go unawarded; however, to the extent feasible, Sponsor shall endeavor to make all prizes available to be won in a manner that is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW; SHOULD ANY SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE; SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the Sweepstakes process, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or, to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect Entries and (a) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes claimed prior to cancellation with the remaining prizes remaining unawarded.

9. PRIVACY: Sponsor collects personal information from participants before and after Sweepstakes Entry (and for when they may be deemed a winner of the Sweepstakes) for use in administration of the Sweepstakes. The information collected is subject to the Privacy Policy located at https://www.ferreronorthamerica.com/privacy-policy-us. If you are selected as a winner, your information may also be included in a publicly-available list of winners.

10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Participant hereby holds the Sponsor, Administrator and each of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, representatives, promotion & advertising agencies, participating retailers, prize providers, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) harmless from and against any third-party claim arising from receipt or use of any prize or Entry. Participating in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of prize(s) constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use a winner’s name, address, photo and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration or approval, except where prohibited by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting prize(s), the entrant agrees that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by entrant for any liability for any bodily injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Sweepstakes entry, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or component thereof, if applicable, or submission of an Entry, or otherwise participation in the Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or while preparing for or traveling to any prize-related or unrelated activity, or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize. You hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with their contents and agree to be bound by them.

11. GOVERNING LAW: The Sweepstakes and the Official Rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Entrants submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction in New Jersey and agree that any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts in New Jersey You agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of New Jersey; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (c) notwithstanding the foregoing, you waive the right to claim any damages, whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages. All entrants expressly agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or relating in any way to this Sweepstakes, or these Official Rules must be brought only in the federal or state courts located in New Jersey, and entrants’ consent to the mandatory and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts with respect to any such legal proceedings. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES; AS A RESULT, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND THE FOREGOING PARAGRAPHS SHALL NOT APPLY TO A RESIDENT OF NEW JERSEY TO THE EXTENT DAMAGES TO SUCH NEW JERSEY RESIDENT ARE THE RESULT OF SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR’S NEGLIGENT, FRAUDULENT OR RECKLESS ACT(S) OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT.

12. WINNERS LIST: To receive a list of winners who won a prize valued at over $25, send a self-addressed stamped (#10) envelope to: Kinder Bueno Game Day Sweepstakes Winner, c/o Berlin Productions 870 Locke Ln, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598. If resident of Puerto Rico please send requests to Ferrero Inc., Metro Office park Lote 3 Calle 1, Suite 501, Guaynabo PR 00968-1707. Requests must be received by 4/30/2026. Winners list will be sent after all winners have been verified and prizes have been awarded.

13. SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

14. USE OF TRADEMARKS:The use of a third-party trademark in connection with any prizes being awarded in this Sweepstakes is for the purposes of prize description only and such use is not intended to suggest or imply sponsorship, endorsement, or the approval of this Sweepstakes.
