5. How do I participate in this promotion?
Simply visit www.kinder.com and fill in the entry from on the WIN tab of the website. No purchase is needed to enter this promotion. Only 1 entry is permitted per person, per day.
6. How do I enter the Woolworths draw?
Purchase any Kinder product at Woolworths. Upload your receipt when completing your competition entry form. The winners of the bonus draw will be contacted at the end of the promotional period. There are 60 family zoo passes to be won at a selection of participating zoos Australia-wide. Note: this bonus draw is only open to residents of Australia.
7. How can I tell if my entry has been received?
You will receive an on-screen confirmation message on the promotional website after you have entered your details, acknowledging that your entry has been received.
8. I want to enter the promotion, but cannot register?
Please ensure you are entering during the promotional period. If you are having issues during the promotional period, please contact the Ferrero Consumer Service team at consumercare.aus@ferrero.com.
9. When will the draws be run?
There are two types of draws conducted for this promotion - one draw for the entries received each day of the Promotional Period, for a total of 30 draws (Daily Draws) to win the Natoons boardgame. The Woolworths Promotional Bonus Draw will be conducted at the end of the Promotional Period. Entries into each Daily Draw will open at 12am and close at 11.59pm each day based on NSW local time. Entries into the Woolworths Draw close 11:59pm AEST on 31/07/2020. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for more details.
10. How do I know if I’ve won?
You will be contacted via your nominated email address following each Daily Draw, or at the end of the promotional period (Woolworths Draw). Winners will also be published on our website after the competition ends.
11. How do I claim a Prize?
To claim a prize, you must access the confirmation email sent to the email address you provided, and follow the instructions contained within that email to arrange delivery of the prize.
12. How will I receive my Prize and How long will it take to receive my prize?
Winners should allow up to six (6) weeks after the end of the promotion for all prizes to be sent out (31/70/2020). All delivery and contact details must be received in full. Winners will receive their prize by postage delivery.
