For each recipe and product, a specific hazelnut quality is used to achieve the best taste performance and to deliver a unique brand experience.

Our hazelnuts come from orchards in different parts of the world, mainly from Turkey, Italy, Chile and the USA, and we have also established own hazelnut farms in Georgia, Serbia, Chile and Argentina.

In these orchards we work with local farmers to develop a more sustainable business model, sharing and promoting good agricultural practices through nurseries, training, and agronomic assistance.

For example, in the US, we work directly with local farmers and our partners, like Oregon State University and International Labor Organization, to support more sustainable hazelnut production. We monitor the quality of hazelnuts from tree to harvest, and throughout transport and roasting, which takes place in our own factories.
