We carefully select the cocoa beans for our chocolate and cocoa-containing treats, and over the years, we have become experts at combining and roasting them to enhance the aroma and taste of our recipes.

We source our cocoa beans from West Africa (Ivory Coast, Ghana and Nigeria) as well from Ecuador and Colombia.

of our cocoa is sourced through sustainability certifications and independently managed standards, such as Rainforest Alliance, Cocoa Horizons and Fairtrade.

The beans we use undergo rigorous physical and chemical quality controls as soon as they reach our factories.

We then roast the cocoa beans ourselves in our factories, constantly monitoring their fragrance, quality, and freshness before grinding them to produce the cocoa powder, cocoa paste, and cocoa butter used in our recipes.
