’Win Big with Bueno’ Campaign Full Terms and Conditions  

 

  1. By entering this promotion (the "Promotion”), entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this Promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
  2. This Promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 years old and over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the draw.
  3. The Promotion will begin at 00:01 on 01 September 2025 and shall run until 23:59 on 15 December 2025 (inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  4. How to enter: Entrants to visit www.winwithbueno.com and enter unique code found in selected promotional packs of Kinder Bueno Milk and Kinder Bueno (2 pack) and complete the registration form online entering the following details: (a) entrant’s name; (b) entrant’s email; and (c) phone number.
  5. Only one entry per person and per household.
  6. One prize per person throughout the Promotion Period.
  7. Purchase of a qualifying promotional product is necessary. Internet access required.
  8. Prizes: There are a total of 911 Prizes available to be won in this Promotion which include:   

    Tier 1 Prize: 

    1. VIP Experience at either Leeds OR Reading Festival (maximum 1 Prize available) (“Festival Prize”);  

    Tier 2 Prize: 

    1. 6-month Spotify Premium gift card (maximum 205 Prizes available);
    2. Deliveroo digital gift card (of total value £120) to be used towards 3 months subscription to Deliveroo Plus (Gold) (priced at £7.99 p/m) and the remaining credit to be redeemed on purchases made on Deliveroo (value: £96.03) - (maximum 205 Prizes available); 

    Tier 3 Prize: 

    1. HelloFresh vouchers (£50 value) (maximum 170 Prizes available);
    2. Virgin Experience Days vouchers (£50 value) (maximum 165 Prizes available); or
    3. Uber (Eat & Rides) vouchers (£50 value) (maximum 165 Prizes available) 

 

  1. Winner selection: following entry to the Promotion, entrants will be notified on screen whether they have won a Prize. Following confirmation of a win, entrants will be asked to complete a mandatory online form providing details of the following: (a) entrant’s full name; (b) entrant’s email address and (c) entrant’s phone number. This form and the requisite details must be completed within seven (7) days of receiving the on-screen notification confirming the Prize win. Failure to comply shall result in any Prize award being considered as null and shall be listed for re-allocation at the Mop-Up Draw (as stated in section 16).
  2. Following the last day of the Promotion Period, a final draw of all eligible entries accepted as per these Terms and Conditions shall select at random the winner of the Festival Prize. The winner of the Festival Prize shall be notified within twenty-eight (28) days after the last day of the Promotion Period via the email address provided upon entry to confirm their identity and eligibility to accept the Prize. The Festival Prize winner must respond to the Promoter’s confirmation email within fourteen (14) days. The Promoter shall make reasonable efforts to establish contact but failure to comply with the timelines shall result in the Festival Prize award being forfeited and another winner shall be selected. In such instances, the Promoter shall not be liable in any circumstances to provide an alternative prize or compensation. For the avoidance of doubt, any Prize awarded as part of the Mop-Up Draw shall not be eligible to be considered for the Festival Prize.
  3. The Festival Prize shall consist of: (a) two (2) x standard adult tickets at either the Leeds Festival 2026 (final dates to be announced by event organisers) OR the Reading Festival 2026  (final dates to be announced by event organiser); (b) ‘Deluxe Bell Tent’ accommodation for two (2) maximum adults (host and setup subject to change pending release of official festival details); (c) £500 festival credit (maximum) to be used on-site towards food and drinks; (d)  £500 travel allowance (maximum) for the travel to and from the chosen festival; (e) access to the pamper lounge onsite at the chosen festival’; (f) standard parking for one (1) vehicle; (g)  locker access during the chosen festival.
  4. The Festival Prize winner shall be asked to select their preferred festival upon acceptance of the Festival Prize and whilst the Promoter will make every effort to accommodate the winner’s preference final attendance remains subject to availability and may be subject to change. The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably offer tickets to the other festival in the event of instances outside of its reasonable control.
  5. The Festival Prize winner must also confirm their bank account details following the Promoter’s request in order for the travel allowance (as part of the Prize) to be awarded and such transfer will take place at least seven (7) days before the commencement date of the Festival Prize.
  6. All entrants and any subsequent winners acknowledge and agree that any acceptance and use of the Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers. Winners are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the relevant terms of use as supplied by the third parties which include but are not limited to:

  7. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any issues arising from or out of the use of the Prizes and it is each winner’s responsibility to check and comply with any redemption requirements including but not limited to any expiry dates, usage restrictions or any other conditions as applicable to any Prize as stipulated by the respective third-party. All names and intellectual property owned by any third-party Prize provider remains the property of the respective third-party and this Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or associated by any said third-party.
  8. Mop Up Draw: a mop up draw will take place twelve (12) weeks after the last date of the Promotion Period (to reasonably facilitate any late entries due to promotional packs still being in market). A maximum of ten (10) winners in this Mop-Up Draw shall be selected at random and shall each receive  one (1) digital voucher for either a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Prize, and there are a maximum of two (2) of each Tier 2 and Tier 3 Prizes available to be won as part of the Mop-Up Draw Any other Prize not redeemed by the end of the Promotion Period shall also be reallocated during the Mop-Up Draw.
  9. Prizes will be sent digitally to the winners within twenty-eight (28) days to the email address provided upon entry from the date upon which the winner confirms acceptance of the Prize.
  10. Any decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
  12. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize (including to any guests), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  13. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation, this also includes the selling or transferring of Prizes to third parties. In the event for any reason any Prize winner does not take or accept an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by that winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the Prize. If for any reason a Prize as stated in this Promotion is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
  14. The Promoter shall not be responsible for the fulfilment, quality, availability or any other issues arising out of using or enjoying the Prizes and any queries or complains relating to the use of the Prizes must be directed to the relevant third-party provider.
  15. All intellectual property owned or enjoyed by the third-party providers of this Promotion remain the property of the respective third-party and this Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or associated by the third parties.
  16. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
  17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering this Promotion or accepting the  
    Prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to any winner or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with this Promotion.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  19. If a winning entry from a draw is deemed not to comply with any of these conditions of entry, that entry will be discarded, and a new winner of a Prize will be randomly selected.
  20. Any entries that the Promoter considers in its absolute discretion to be dangerous, vulgar, offensive, indecent, illegal, or fraudulent will be disqualified from this Promotion.
  21. The Promoter is required to either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. As such, the Promoter will send the surname and county of major Prize winners to anyone that contacts the Promoter at the address provided no later than twenty-eight (28) days after the end of this Promotion.
  22. Subject to a winner’s consent, the Promoter may use name, image and town or county of residence information to announce the winner of this Promotion and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes. Winners further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.
  23. If any winner objects to any or all of their surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, they should contact the Promoter at the address provided. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to competent authorities, including the Advertising Standard Authority, on request.
  24. If the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the Promotion.
  25. Verification of age, identity and address will be required before any Prize is awarded
  26. If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.
  27. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  28. By entering this Promotion, all entrants provide the Promoter and its agencies express consent to process their personal data for the purpose of conducting this Promotion only and in its accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy (as amended from time to time) which can be found at https://www.nutella.com/uk/en/privacy-policy . The Promoter may disclose winners’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion, fulfilling any Prize or communicating with entrants.
