We carefully select the cocoa beans for our chocolate treats. Over the years we have become experts at combining and roasting our cocoa beans to enhance their aroma and taste of our recipes.

We source our cocoa  from West Africa (Ivory Coast, Ghana and Nigeria) as well as from Ecuador and Colombia.

of our cocoa is sourced through independently managed sustainability certifications and standards such as Rainforest Alliance, Cocoa Horizons and Fairtrade.

We check our cocoa beans against rigorous quality controls, and then roast them ourselves in our factories, monitoring their fragrance, quality and freshness, before grinding them to prepare the cocoa powder, cocoa paste and cocoa butter that we use in our recipes.
